2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The product must be defective, damaged, or not functioning as advertised.

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products must be returned in original condition, including:

  • Original packaging

  • Tags, protective films, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Watches with signs of wear, scratches, or user-caused defects are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Products without original packaging or accessories

• Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

• Discounted, final sale, or clearance items (unless defective)

4. Return Timeframe

• All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery.

• Returned products must be shipped or handed over within 3 business days of receiving approval.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

   • Clear description of the issue

   • Photos or videos showing the defect/problem

3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Inside Dhaka: Return shipping is paid by the customer.

• Outside Dhaka: Customers must pay delivery charges in advance, including for returns.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we may compensate or refund the return shipping cost (case-by-case basis).

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

• Refund method:

  • Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Store Credit (if preferred)

Refunds will only be processed if the product is verified as defective or incorrectly delivered.

8. Exchanges

If eligible, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the desired model is unavailable, you may choose another model or request a refund.

9. Fixed Pricing & Non-Negotiation Policy

All product prices listed on riznbd.com are final and non-negotiable.
